Into the Lead is our new development programme for senior leaders working in independent production companies across the North of England.

Into the Lead programme participants

Leaders from Yorkshire, the North East, Manchester and Liverpool will take part in this programme to understand AI, grow their leadership skills, and innovate their workplaces sustainably. Over six online modules with expert speakers, exercises, and peer networking, participants will gain practical tools and support. Running from January to April, the programme is delivered by Under the Moon and Creaticity.
